Delivered by trained staff and aligned with ODP standards, every ride is purposeful, authorized, and designed to keep individuals moving forward safely and confidently.

Coordinated Transportation Services

CRB Services provides transportation as a coordinated support—designed to ensure individuals can access the programs, services, and opportunities that are essential to their daily lives. Transportation is integrated with authorized services and aligned with each individual’s Individual Support Plan (ISP), ensuring every trip is purposeful, appropriate, and tied to meaningful outcomes. It is not offered as a standalone service, but rather as part of a comprehensive support system that promotes independence, engagement, and consistency.

 

What We Provide

Our transportation services support access to a range of essential activities and programs, including:

• Transportation for community participation and engagement activities

• Transportation to medical appointments (when connected to authorized services)

• Transportation to and from 2380 and 2390 programs

• Transportation for individuals receiving:

    • Home & Community Services
    • Companion Care Services
    • Supported Employment and Job Supports


By coordinating transportation with each individual’s services and goals, CRB Services ensures that every ride supports progress, participation, and connection to the community.

TEIP Mileage (Transportation Trip Services)

CRB Services provides Transportation Trip Services, including TEIP mileage, in alignment with ODP guidelines to ensure individuals can reliably access the services and activities that support their goals. Transportation is coordinated as part of authorized services and designed to remove barriers to essential care, community involvement, and employment opportunities. Through TEIP mileage, we support transportation to medical appointments, community participation activities, and employment-related services—helping individuals remain engaged, independent, and connected.

 

Safety & Compliance

Transportation at CRB Services is delivered with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and regulatory compliance. All services are provided in accordance with ODP standards and are carried out by trained, qualified staff. Each trip is based on the individual’s ISP and authorized services, ensuring alignment with their needs and goals. We continuously monitor transportation for safety, reliability, and timeliness to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

 

Important to Know

Transportation services through CRB are not a standalone or public offering. They are available exclusively to individuals receiving CRB Services and are only provided when authorized within the individual’s service plan. This ensures that every trip is purposeful, appropriate, and fully integrated into the individual’s overall support system.
